FAQ's


1. The camera will not record, If I hold down the on/off button the Light turns blue for 5 seconds and then blinks twice and goes off.

Answer: First turn on the camera pressing the On/Off/Video button for 2 seconds (Please don’t hold the button too much longer or the camera will turn off), the LED light will turn blue into the standby mode. To record, just press the On/Off/Video once, the blue LED light will blink 3 times and will then go off, indicating the camera is now recording video.
 

2. How can you tell if the device is fully charged?

Answer: After 2-3 hours charging, the blue and red indicator will stay on which means that the device is full charged.
 

3. When I connect the device to my lap-top, it does not identify the device.

Answer:  Ensure your watch is turned off, connect USB cable with watch then connect to laptop/PC. Please ensure that the USB cable is fully connected to your lap-top USB port and your watch.
 

4. How do I download or review the video and photos files?

Answer: Ensure your watch is turned off, connect USB cable with watch then connect to laptop/PC. The device will then go into a universal-disk mode, and you can then download or view the video on your laptop/PC.
 

5. Are the 3 small dials in the centre of the watch functional?

Answer: These 3 small dials are for ornamental purposes only and to add to the attraction of the time-piece.
 

6. Is the camera watch waterproof?

Answer: The camera watch is water resistant, NOT waterproof. Please do not wear this camera watch camera when swimming or diving.
 

7. How do I set up the watch record video with time stamp?

Answer: Ensure your watch is turned off, connect USB cable with watch then connect to laptop/PC. The device will then go into a universal-disk mode. Open the text file from the device on the disk-mode. 

Edit the file text and set up the time sync with your laptop/PC.Save the files and exit it.

Start recording a new video, then the video will display accurate time.
 

8.  The crown has come out of the socket.

Answer: To remove the crown please ensure to rotate the crown Clockwise until the crown screws off, and Anticlockwise to replace the crown. Please take care not to pull the crown from the socket.
 

9. The MIC button does not switch on.

Answer: The Rotating the MIC crown clockwise will turn on voice when recording video.

Rotating the MIC crown anticlockwise will turn off voice when recording video  (This method is only for SC34 camera watch).
 

10. The media player cannot read the video, and only plays back in audio?

Answer: We recommend using VLC player or Pot player to playback video files.
 

11. My watch stopped. Can I charge the watch with the USB cable by connecting it to my laptop / PC or do I have to exchange the battery?

Answer: The cable only charges the camera and not the watch itself. You have to replace the cell button battery at the end of the life cycle. Please contact any watch shop nearby.
